Early Life & Biography
Safaree Samuels was born in 1981 on the day celebrated as American Independence Day, that is, 4th of July. His birthplace was the Marine Park section of Brooklyn in New York. His family has Jamaican origins. Shamika and Samantha are the two sisters that he grew up with.
La Guardia High School in Manhattan is where he studied and completed his graduation; before moving out to make music his profession.
He is known by many nick names such as SB, VVS, Beezy and Scaff Beezy

He joined the group the Hoodstars which had several other rappers like Nicki Minaj, Lou$tar and Seven Up.
